OUR VISION FOR GREATER
We wholeheartedly believe that God has sent us to Aster Ave. on assignment. We also believe that God is calling us to have a greater physical imprint on Aster Ave. so that Christ can have a greater impact in the lives of those that we have been called to reach. We believe this call to greater can be accomplished by the following:
PHASE ONE
Buy Our Current Facility
Over the last five years, we have not only significantly invested in our community but also into our facility. Well over 175K alone has been invested into rent. Most recently we have been extended the opportunity to acquire this property. We want to secure this location, as the future home of the Way Church of Tampa Bay, by purchasing it in 2024.
PHASE TWO
Build 9000 Sq. Ft. Sanctuary
We are proposing to demolish our current building and construct a two-story ministry facility that would be 4500 sq ft on each floor. This new building will allow us to greatly expand our worship space which will be on the first floor and enlarge our youth and community outreach areas which will be on the second floor.
PHASE THREE
Barter Acquire Additional Properties on Aster Ave.
Finally, we want to leverage both our impact in the community and equity from our property to continue to facilitate and advance our vision on Aster Ave. This will include but not limited to an early childhood learning center, family resource center, affordable housing, community clinic, and more!

$150,000 will help us accomplish phase one of our vision to secure a loan to purchase the current property. So, we are asking that you plant financially into this vision that the Lord has given us.
