Driven by compassion for those who feel overlooked, forgotten, or without direction. Pastor Keith's ministry reflects the heart of Matthew 9:36, serving people with love, truth, and purpose.

Pastor Keith W. Babb III

Raised in South Florida’s “Muck” communities of South Bay, Belle Glade, and Pahokee, Pastor Keith understands firsthand the challenges of poverty, brokenness, and limited opportunity. Yet even in those conditions, God was shaping a greater purpose for his life.

At the age of 12, he gave his life to Christ in a small, close-knit church. While that moment planted the seed, it was years later, after seasons of immaturity and spiritual distance, that his life was truly transformed. In 2005, Pastor Keith experienced a clear call from God that drew him back into a committed relationship with Christ. From that moment forward, he has never looked back.

Pastor Keith has paired his calling with a strong foundation in education and leadership.
He earned a Bachelor of Social Work, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Florida, along with a Master of Discipleship Ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He was licensed in 2011, ordained as an Elder in 2014, and installed as Pastor in 2016.

He is the founder of The Way Church of Tampa Bay, established in 2017, where he serves with a deep passion for reaching the lost, restoring the broken, and leading people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Keith has been married to his wife, Sarina, for 18 years, and together they are raising three children while faithfully serving God, their family, and their community.
